The wine is wrapped in paper with a label that is a leaflet that explains the wine and the zone. It has a nose of nuts, smoke and bread dough, quite elegant, and develops more complex aromas of brioche and honey with time in the glass. The palate has good harmony, with small bubbles, good acidity and a sharp, electric, refreshing finish, still a bit raw, but should develop well in the bottle. 91/100
