I found more freshness and balance and better integrated oak in the 2016 Astrales within it's 15% alcohol and 18 months in barrel. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and had a moderate maceration. It's quite aromatic and floral and medium to full-bodied, with fine chalky tannins. 57,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2018.
